Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bushnell

It was convenient to the Interstate and the business I needed to conduct.

The hotel was overall dirty and poorly maintained. The elevator was out. The first room (the one I booked) was filthy when I entered—it had hair on the sheets and in the shower. The window sills did not appear to have been cleaned in 10 years. The tracks were full of dirt, mold, and dust. The carpets were dirty and seemed not to have been vacuumed. This was a ground-floor unit due to back issues. There were no other units available on the ground floor. I had to take a lesser room (no adjustments were made) and climb the stairs because the elevator was inoperable. I requested a refund to switch to another accommodation and was informed that it was too late to cancel and receive a refund. The 2nd room was not much better. The tub had a ring of soap scum around it. The window sills were in the same condition as downstairs. The room had definitely not been vacuumed in some time. The floors were filthy. After I cleaned the tub, I felt comfortable showering. However, I noticed that the remote for the television had sticky residue all over it. I cleaned it with a wet towel before touching it. This was a horrible experience. I have stayed at Microtel accommodations before and NEVER had this experience before. This is the worst, and I would not recommend it at all.

It smelled like mold, there were roaches in the bathtub, the elevator was broke

Broken elevator, not properly stocked vending machines, fire alarm blared in the morning for no reason and waking me up startled, not flexible w.r.t. not charging the second night when checking out a day early but after 12pm, almost impossible to get a Lyft or Uber in the area.

The elevator did not work. The pool was not very clean. The bathtub in my room, number 216, was filthy. The staff was great! Very helpful and professional!

It wasn't the best place to stay, but not much choices for hotels in the town.It was ok for the price.The room had stale odor and the frig was nasty.

The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Will stay here again in the future.

Easy to get in & out, & nice breakfast.
