Pure Salt Port Adriano Hotel & SPA - Adults Only

A superb hotel in a stunning location. Lovely views over the sea and marina from all bedrooms and during breakfast or dinner. Staff are all so friendly and can't do enough to help Marina below hotel has range of restaurants and shops which tend towards top end but there are plenty offering good value There is a sandy beach within 5 mins walk (although a curtesy vehicle is provided if you prefer) which is not too crowded and offers safe and warm swimming in the sea

We stayed at this hotel in July 17, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing break then this is the place ..... the staff and overall service provided was outstanding, everyone was so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough. The overall ambience is one of relaxation and quietness. if you are looking for a place to escape your busy life then I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel in order to re-charge your batteries !!

A relaxing anniversary break which met all our expectations...and more. The hotel has a luxurious feel throughout and made for a very special week long break. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the food was excellent. A visit to the Spa and Wellbeing centre is also a must ! All of the above is underpinned by a desire from the staff to meet your every need and ensure you have the best, most relaxing stay possible....and I can honestly say the staff more than achieved this for us.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The pros: 1. Beautiful grounds and views - very tranquil and relaxing. 2. Rooms are large and well decorated. 3. Facilities - spa, gym, pool, etc. are all very nice. Cons: 1. Everything is very expensive. A bottle of water is €8, 2 cocktails cost us €23 and lunch the first day (we did half board) was €40 (no drinks). 2. The food was decent but overall, it looked much better than it tasted. They should really switch the menu up, as we had the exact same menu 3 days in a row which gets a bit boring. Also, drinks do not come with half board dinner (not even water). They offer a few "nicer" options at dinner (lobster, lamb, prawns) but if you want it, it's extra on top of what you've already paid. For a 5 star resort, that seemed cheap to us. Not sure we'd do the half board again. 3. The service overall wasn't great. When we asked about the cocktail price the first day, the barmen was rude and the snubbed us the rest of our stay. He ignored us at every breakfast, left dirty plates on our table, all while attending to other guests and asking them how they were doing. Our exchange was polite when asking about drinks and when the menu says €6 for a pimms and the bill comes to €23, of course we're going to ask why. We got a ground floor room and asked to move (two separate times) and were told no. We asked for a late check out and were told no. Overall, we were the youngest people there and felt the older guests received much better service.

THIS WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM BEGINING TO END , THEY USED OUR NAMES AND GREETED US EVERY TIME WE RETURNED. MY HUSBAND ALSO ARRANGED FOR A CELEBRATION BOUQUEST AS I WAS CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY AND THE HOTEL ARRANGE A BOTTLE OF CGAMPAGNE AND CANAPES.

We Enjoyed our stay in this modern glamorous hotel. Our room was spacious , equipped with three smart TVs with a fantastic view over marina. The food was wonderful but nothing in. Menu was changed in 6 days, which was a bit dissapointing, The stuff was very po,it's and trying hard. The main dissaponintnent was the beach - it was away from the main building, the last three days the sewage broke throgh and the stink there was sim,y unbeatable. So did not go to the seaside though that was the main rreason to come to apMallorca. Also was disappointed with massages - took two , both were much beyond my expectations. Free gokf lesson was s good touch. Still enjoyed our stay a lot. But , probably, will not come back. Also - pool was too cold. Nothing to do in the evening at all.

Great pace to relax. Could do with a direct beach path from the pool area and another swimming area. Couple of the things in the spa were not working like steam room and some jets were broken in the jacuzzi which isn't very hot either. Everything else was wonderful. Great views nice breakfast, nice harbour nearby.

It's very quiet, clean and everyone was kind and helpful!
