The spacious property is in a great location in old town Lisbon. While the property is generally in good condition (as shown in the lovely photos) maintenance work in bathrooms and fixtures were ignored - moldy caulking, rusty screw exposed on bathroom floor, main door knob detached, shower head in attic bathroom was falling off from the wall, knocking sound from the AC unit kept us up all night. The most frustrating experience was on arrival day - the key pick-up location was 30 min away from the apartment, we were given the wrong keys and we had to wait an hour for the right keys to be delivered. We were exhausted from a 6-hour drive and starving, we missed our dinner reservations and had canceled plans for the evening. Altido management was informed about this incident but has not replied. We did not get our money's worth for the luxurious rate that was charged to us both in terms of the quality of the accommodation and the professionalism by Altido. It is quite difficult to justify a higher rating after our bad experience.
Location was excellent as it was the center and accessible to all the places of interest. Lights in the bathroom were not enough, bathrooms could be improved specially the showers.
