Staff was rude...without warning canceled our reservation just before we were due to check in. We were left at the last minute with no where to stay after booking reservations weeks in advance. When I called the hotel I was told " a couple of rooms had a leak and your was one of them" . Odd, a couple of rooms and no others were available? Yet the parking lot was almost empty.

The location was great! The staff was friendly!

We had issues with the AC in our room leaking water. Eventually, a damp, unpleasant smell started to occur because of this issue. Also, the door to the restroom was unusual. It was 1 sliding door that was shared with the closet and restroom . However, the door had no lock so there wasn't a way to lock the door when utilizing the restroom. Adding to that, there were gaps between the door which really didn't help maintain privacy.

Property was nice.

Rooms were not as clean as expected. One tissue was stuffed in the top of tissue box and box was empty. Toilet seat lid had 2 carved footprints on the top of lid. Lid was broken and slid to one side. When I inquired about where the ice machine was located I was told that it might not be working that day as it was temperamental.

Clean, good location, good service

Everything was good , breakfast was very nice good selection of breakfast items.

The bathroom needed more Cleaning.
