Melia Palma Marina

The hotel facilities, cleanliness and staff were excellent. The view from the front of the port is outstanding. Although there are extensive roadworks along the front, the spuds are shielded by the elevation of the hotel above ground level.

Love everything about this hotel, stayed many times. The location is great as is the new refurb (esp the pool). The room had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable bed& great balcony. Staff were nice and loved the food!

Wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful. We upgraded to the level which was so worth it. Will definitely be back.

Extremely helpful check in and very friendly! Allowed us to check in early, organised a taxi for our early flight and give us very nice picnic bags for our onward journey.

Lights on balcony not working . No robes in room . Toilet door was extremely noisy . Pool bar closed during break . No fan in bathroom . Shower floor very shabby .

Very nice, clean and good service

Receptionist at check-in went above and beyond, very helpful. A bottle of cava in an ice bucket was left on the room to celebrate my partner's birthday. Would highly recomend this hotel for both customer service and location. 10 out of 10.

Location is perfect close to everything you want to see

The hotel had a shortage of umbrellas for guests at the pool, there was a lack of poolside waiting staff, some members of staff seemed happy to serve you while others seemed very unhappy. The breakfast was average. The room itself was good and the fridge in the room was an excellent size. The room was modern and the bathroom facilities were also modern and had lots of storage space for clothing. There was plenty of space in the room for a family of four and the BEDS were EXTREMELY comfortable— all of our party agreed. This is not a hotel for children though. Indeed, we regretted staying in Palma and wished we had stayed at a resort outside of Palma. The cleaning of the room was not as busy high a standard as we’ve seen in many other hotels. The cups were infrequently washed, the coffee and tea supplies were not topped up and the toiletries were not topped up. I did appreciate that this hotel did not use small plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner etc as I like to be eco-friendly and reduce my use of plastic. I would have greatly appreciated it if the staff at reception could have asked me about whether or not I was enjoying my stay. This was never asked.
