Ameublement un peu vieux mais confortable

We had a premium sea view room the view was incredible

The noise from the cruise ships in the morning but beggars can’t be choosers when you have a view like that

Location and value for money

Booking in process wasn’t running as well as I expected, as there was a large number of people all trying to book in at the same time ( looked as if a conference or seminar registration was also taking place too), which I found frustrating as I booked in online the night before (as requested) & had expected to just collect our room key with a time when access to our room would be available

Het hotel voldeed aan alle verwachtingen! Geweldig ontbijt, aangenaam zwembad met bar, ruime, comfortabele kamers. Ideale uitvalsbasis om het gezellige centrum van Palma te ontdekken. Speciale dankjewel aan Augusto en Emanuel voor hun top service!

Staff lovely , pool good size and pool man brilliant and helpful to everyone , clean rooms , rooms bit dated and if on side of the hotel in room it’s very noisy at night , not very peaceful at all

Side rooms / basic / standard and someone smoking on the balcony in next room the smell comes into the room , the patio doors are dated and let noise in
