Sind schon zum dritten Mal in dem Hotel, weil wir das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und die tolle Lage schätzen. Auch der Pool und die Dachterrasse sind super!

Habe um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und ein Zimmer vis-a-vis vom Lift bekommen- sehr laut. Haben gleich gewechselt und ein Zimmer im ersten Stock bekommen, der Rezeptionist war sehr sehr nett. Allerdings war das Zimmer genau über yem Frühstückraum, der abends lass Bar fungiert. Um 23 Uhr begann das Sesselrücken und vorbereiten fürs Frühstück, was un unserem Zimmer einen Höllenlärm verursachte. Ausschlafen war dieses Mal leider nicht am Programm, denn vis-a-vis ist zudem noch eine riesige Baustelle......

Good location for walking to all Palma sites. Helpful staff. Great rooftop pool, sun beds and bar. Complimentary beer and water in minibar. Room basic but had comfortable bed and good shower.

Nowhere to pull up and unload if you arrive by car. Vehicular access extremely difficult. Parking fair step away and v expensive. Only really suitable for arrival on foot or by taxi.

Everything was amazing. Room was spacious and clean with cozy bed and great AC. It was quiet during the night so we have a great night sleep. Location was great for us as we enjoy having a 10-15 min walk to the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. And we really loved the breakfast, everything was delicious. Oh and the pool at the top of the building was an amazing bonus!
