Emplacement au top dans un quartier avec des bars/restaurants très proches ainsi que les bus. Le rooftop est très agréable. La terrasse de la chambre est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec un excellent buffet. Hôtel très propre avec une délicate odeur dans les communs agréable à respirer.

La piscine même si petite n'est pas chauffée. La piscine du SPA était froide ( testée à deux reprises à 2 jours d'intervalles) : le personnel d'accueil a été indélicat dans ses réponses par rapport à ce dysfonctionnement et nous n'avons pas pu profité du Spa. Les repas quelconques au rooftop mais avec un personnel au top. La baie vitrée ne fermait pas dans la chambre. La chambre pas très grande faite un peu tard et ce à notre demande. Peu de renseignements disponibles pour les visites/excursions.

The hotel was very busy and the breakfast items had run out when we got there, well inside the time, very crowded and awkward to sit with people trying to get past all the time

- The hotel's location is excellent, situated just a five-minute walk from the main bus station and within easy walking distance (approximately 5–10 minutes) of the city's main attractions and points of interest. - The room was surprisingly spacious and offered a very comfortable amount of living space. - The hotel provides a good range of facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool and a welcoming breakfast and lounge area on the ground floor. - The mini bar was available free of charge with water/soft drinks/beer.

As a returning guest of other hotels within this chain, I had high expectations; however, this stay was deeply disappointing in terms of both service and overall cleanliness. The reception staff were not particularly informative, providing only a basic check-in without offering any additional information about the hotel facilities or the surrounding area. The room furnishings appeared significantly worn, particularly the sofa bed, which could not be properly secured in sofa mode and was therefore impractical to use as intended. The bathroom also appeared insufficiently cleaned or cleaned with inappropriate products, leaving visible stains on the green marble surfaces. Only very basic toiletries were provided. And the door to the bathroom looked like wardrobe thin glass door. The swimming pool is very small and was not well maintained, with cleanliness issues also evident in the surrounding area. While the rooftop bar offers impressive views, its cleanliness fell far below expectations. Tables were sticky, menus appeared unclean, and one table showed clear signs of a recent gathering (including leftover items on the floor), which was not promptly addressed by staff. Common areas, including corridors and elevators, also showed visible signs of wear and inadequate cleaning, with stains and fingerprints present. A further significant issue was the poor sound insulation of the rooms, with considerable noise from adjacent rooms and corridors clearly audible throughout the stay.

Restaurant timings advertised online and on the hotel information on the wall outside the restaurant were not accurate, often not opening until an hour later.
