Staybridge Suites - Cincinnati North by IHG

We stayed here for 12 days and it was almost perfect. Our room was great, the staff were awesome and very attentive, they had a wonderful breakfast spread and the laundry was free. The only thing that made this place slightly less than perfect was the fitness facility…it was very small and combined with laundry room. Other than that, this place was exactly what we wanted/needed.

It was a good place to stay

The hotel calling me after 2 days of my 4 day stay telling me I was suppose to check out. Telling me that she couldn't extend my stay without me reserving my room for the remaining 2 days that I had already paid for. Then asks me to wait while she talked to someone who I heard tell her to just correct the date to my original check out of 4 days and I wouldn't have to pay anything else. Seriously!? I travel a lot for business and can say this was the 1st time that this has happened.

The breakfast was more than we imagined for a “free breakfast”. There were numerous options even for picky eaters. The staff were all extremely friendly. Our room had everything we could need in it. Even with a system error the overnight attendant made sure to get us to our room quickly.

We didn’t have linens in the room for the sofa bed. However, the front desk solved this issue in just a couple minutes.

Amazing experience, the staff is constantly cleaning, and the front desk is very attentive to any requests. We had an issue with unsupervised kids knocking on our door while our baby was sleeping and it was addressed in person within 5 minutes of notifying the front.

What a fantastic place! This property is so pretty!! The courtyard is full of flowers, trees, and places to sit by a fire. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with soaps, dishes, towels, etc. We went to the front desk to get sheets for the pull-out couch, and the people at the front desk were fast to get them and were so kind. Breakfast was delicious, fully stocked with all kinds of food. They have fountain drinks and water offered 24/7 for guests to have as well. Their little shop to buy anything you may have forgotten had a few cool things but was a bit pricey. The pool was clean and well-maintained! The only “bad” thing that happened was very loud and disrespectful kids that were roomed next to us. There was some sort of basketball thing with kids from Montreal, and they were rowdy. Thankfully, the front desk dealt with them, and we had no further issues!! The hotel staff were very apologetic about it even though it wasn’t their fault, and I made sure to let them know I didn’t blame them at all! Overall, we had a blast at this hotel. I’m very thankful we were able to find it, and it was reasonably priced! It was perfect for our weekend trip to go to Kings Island and the Newport Aquarium (both are less than a half-hour drive from the hotel). We will be back!!!

Good and clean rooms and property, great staff. Good amenities and wonderful experience. Good location to plenty to do around the area.
