"Excelente opción para escapadas a la Ciudad de México."

El personal es muy amable, siempre fueron atentos, la habitación cómoda y con muy buen espacio. El restaurante con alimentos de excelente calidad y gran sabor, a muy buen precio.

Le falta detalle y mantenimiento a los baños, los insumos son insuficientes.

Me hospedé en este hotel por lo cercano a mi domicilio, realmente utilizamos la habitación para descansar, la cama era muy cómoda

Poca luz en la habitación, las instalaciones son muy viejas, los contactos de la habitación se caían y la actitud de la recepcionista del turno nocturno bastante grosera y déspota

He llegado a este hotel desde hace mucho tiempo, lo que he visto es que era un excelente hotel cuando era holiday inn, pero ahora lo estan dejando caer, le falta mucho mantenimiento y algo de limpieza, además de mejorar el trato de su personal para con los clientes
