Everything needed was there. Owner very helpful and speaks very good English. Let me leave my bags there until needed in the evening. Much appreciated 👌

It’s half hour walk from the railway station but good location for the centre of Livorno.

Top Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht und mehr, z.B. Klima, TV, Balkon, etc.. Der Preis ist spitze, die Vermieter super nett. Sogar einen Garagenplatz kann man zubuchen. In jedem Fall eine Empfehlung wert 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Sehr freundlich war die Begrüssung wo mir geholfen wurde den Koffer die Treppe hoch zu tragen.

The room and communal areas are really spacious, modern and clean. There's a shared kitchen with fridge and cooking facilities. It's quiet well located about 15 minutes walking from the station and 5 minutes from the centre and "nuova Venezia" area. Linda is a great host and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I will definitely be returning ☺️

Amazing place. Clean, comfortable, great value, good location only ten minutes walk from main attractions. Linda the owner was also amazing, very helpful.

The accomodation was as described. The landlady was easy to communicate. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was perfect. The location is very near to the port.

I was suprised, when I was ask to send a deposit, (I did not realise this at the conditions.) But it was just a normal bank transfer, so it was not a problem.
