Property was excellent staff very helpful only critism was the cocktail bar not open that twice I have stayed at this hotel and it wasn't open not everyone wants to go on the roof for a cocktail and drink

Hotel was great overall. However, they put us in the wrong rooms despite us paying for upgrades. If I hadn’t of checked, they never would’ve informed us we were in the wrong rooms.

"Excellent"

The staff were excellent. The room was good and the facilities were good. There was a persistent problem with the electrical system that the hotel failed to fix during our stay. The power outlets fused more than 8 times in 2 days. The car park was poor. It was only accessible with very small cars.
