"The Hotel Needs A LOT OF UPDATE"

Staff was very welcoming.

Hotel Needs To Be Updated. The Carpet In The Room Was Dirty, The Bathtub Needed To Be Resurfaced. The Bathroom Drawer Handles Are Rusted, Plumbing In Bathroom Is Bad.

The staff were very professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

The microwave in my suite didn't work and I had to report it to the staff, as well as the coffee machine in the suite. Fortunately there's a 24 hour coffee machine downstairs in the snack area. Also in my suite 2 of the free products, (Dove body wash and Dove Hair Conditioner) were empty when I went to take a shower. I also had to report and ask for those items.
