Clean rooms and helpful staff working on the frount desk. Buffet breakfast was great.

Restarant being closed on a Sunday. The hotel was a far walk from the other available eating places at dinner time. Some rooms had a shower over the bath and had train noise from very close railway track.

Super god service og dejlig rent. Rigtig god morgenmad

Frukosten var bra, stort utbud. Bra service av personal, plockade undan disk snabbt. Glad o trevlig personal. Bra planering hur man tog sina mackor, pålägg o kaffe m. m. Bra att det fanns en middagsservering o bar på hotellet. Trevligt bemötande av personal när vi checkade in. Rymliga rum o wc. Rent och snyggt. Bra att det var nära till Metro, buss och bussbåt in till centrum i Köpenhamn. Fantastiskt att se alla nybyggda hyreshus när man åkte bussbåten. Bra att det fanns parkering utanför hotellet.

Det enda vi saknade var en handduk för att stå på efter duschen. Det fanns golvvärme så golvet torkar upp. Det känns bara bättre att kliva på något.

Great breakfast with big variety, good room size, close to underground station, most of the stuff members were nice, i liked the proeco cleaning rules.

We had a very unpleasant situation with booking the relax room. While booking we were told we have it " for one hour for free". The next day, during our relax time we got a rude call from another front desk man to bring back the key right now because in the system it said we had it for 30 min and other guests were waiting. Also the same man told us we are not allowed to bring our child to the room, which would obviously be fine but the rules printed in the room said "children are welcome accompained by adult". It felt like this stuff member had something against us, which is hard to understand to me as we are always kind and unproblematic, this is literally the first time i decided to write a complaint. We felt very unwelcome

Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Mooie kamers, fijn dat er welness was. Ook kon je fietsen huren, dat is fijn. Zou weer terugkomen

In de nacht waren er mensen die bij de ingang gingen roken en luidruchtig waren, we werden wakker. Misschien hier meer opletten of airco plaatsen in de kamer waardoor het raam niet open hoeft te staan.
