"Comfy suite and nice staff"

I liked our suite as it was spacious, comfortable beds and a kitchenette. Its location was not towards the train tracks so it was not noisy. Breakfasts were nice, we could make fresh waffles. Staff was nice and helpful.

I liked the breakfast, however, I would prefer to use real glasses and plates instead of disposable plastic and paper ones. So much waste! Or at least put extra containers for sorting plastics and paper. When the hotel was fully booked, there was no hot water in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! There was a lot of traffic noise from my room- which suggest the rooms are not sound proof. For the amount paid I expected better amenities including breakfast which was sub-optimal at best.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. After getting stuck in traffic for several hours it was a great place to rest, with clean and comfortable surroundings. We would stay again for sure. We only wish we had gotten more time to enjoy it!
