"We stayed here and then stayed at the Diplomat Hotel and it was far better"

The restaurant Bella Alice was great.

The bathroom needed an upgrade - the toilet was leaking and my jeans got all wet and it smelt like urine. The room was just ok Parking wasn’t great - small tight space

The room was small and felt grimy. There was a water leak in the bathroom and the television was not working.

Centrally located but quiet. Staff very attentive and helpful. Value for money. I will stay here next time I come!

I stayed twice. My first room didn't have a window and only the glass sliding door which opened into the corridor near the lift so people coming an going so I couldn't keep the curtain open so very dark room. The second room had a window. I would just request for a room with a window if you are booking. The pool was very cold!
