Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en nette kamer

Personeel aan balie sprak enkel Engels. Spijtig want we zijn toch in België. De matras had zijn beste tijd gehad. Niet goed geslapen

Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können, der Abfluss des Waschbecken im Bad hatte unangenehm gerochen.

"Overpriced stay with poor communication and disappointing service throughout."

Its basic hotel with a good central location.

Very overpriced for what you get — I’ve stayed in much better 5-star hotels for the same price. The biggest issue was the terrible communication. No replies to emails, phone calls, or Booking.com messages about a late check-in until my fourth call late at night. Then I still had to wait at 2 AM because of a “system error.” I also contacted them about a charger I left in the room and received no response at all. As someone who has worked in hotels for years, this level of service and hospitality is really disappointing.
