Only spoke to one male behind the check in counter that needs some improvement on his customer service skills but all the females were very pleasant especially Kim

The beds were pretty bad in the comfort department, my back is in a lot of pain

We had a few maintenance issues. When they did happeb maintenance guy was quick to com and resolve as best as he could as quickly as he could
