La cosa che mi è capitata è incredibile..chiamo la titolare un' ora prima del mio arrivo per avvisarla che alle 13,30 saremmo arrivati. Mi sento rispondere che non sarebbe venuta a fare il check in prima delle 15,30, gli dico che non mi serviva subito la camera ma mi serviva lasciare i bagagli, la sua risposta è stata che ancora doveva fare la pulizia della stanza e che non sarei stato io a fare cambiare il suo modo di lavorare..non riporto il resto della conversazione. Arroganza e maleducazione. Sono un cliente booking da tempo e mi meraviglio che questa struttura ne faccia parte.

Die Herzliche Gastgeberin Paola.wir waren jetzt schon mindestens dreimal da zur Zwischenübernachtung.Es passt einfach alles.Und in Palmanova kann man gut Pizza essen!

Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia, la tranquillità e la posizione e, non per ultimo, l'empatia di Paola. Anche se non era previsto, ci ha fatto trovare the, caffè e dei piccoli snack. Consigliatissimo. Da ritornare.
