犬連れでの入室ルートが分かれているので、周囲に気兼ねしなくてすみました。

ペット同伴宿泊可能な部屋を予約したにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にペットの宿泊料金を追加で請求されました。それ自体は決して高い金額ではありませんでしたが、二重払いのような気分になりました。また、リゾートホテルと思ったのですが、「夕食は20時までに終了してください」などチェックインが遅くなると子連れには厳しいですね。帰宅後に予約確認メールを見直しましたが、これらの記載は無かったようです。

部屋も広くて快適で、ゲージなど犬のアメニティは良かったと思います。

フロントの対応にやや問題が有るかもしません。忙しそうにしてらっしゃいましたが、人による違いかも知れませんね。
