Fantastic Hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the gardens amazing. We were a family of 7 and the staff could not have been more helpful. The service was friendly and efficient . The restaurant had a great menu with plenty of flexibility for children and intolerances and the quality of food was excellent. The spa is beautifully set within the garden with a good range of treatments and excellent therapists. Lovely pool , well maintained and just at the right temperature. The hotel is ideally placed for visiting pompeii etc and there are some villas within walking distance but the team could not be more helpful in arranging transport or the use of their shuttle . I would visit again and strongly recommend it

We stayed 9th to 19th August 2025 From the minute we walked in to the time we left, the service was the absolute best! We cannot say enough good things about the staff! They went above and beyond to make us feel special! Special thanks to Gennaro who acknowledged our anniversary both at breakfast and at dinner. He is very attentive and always ensured we had everything we needed. His team did the same and the front desk team was always willing to assist. They were very accommodating They even had breakfast for us to take with us on the morning we were leaving, as the kitchen would be closed at 6am! The property was absolutely stunning. So many areas to walk around and lots of seating and lush greenery everywhere! La Medusa is a definite must! It’s located close to Sorrento, Pompei, with easy access to go to the Amalfi Coast, Positano and Capri! We will not hesitate to recommend this first class hotel and would love to stay again! Best hotel. Best staff ❤️

J'étais déjà venu à ce magnifique hôtel de la baie de Naples il y a une vingtaine d'années en août 2004 ou 2005 avec ma femme et mes deux enfants et nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Je suis donc revenu cette fois-ci avec mon papa de 89 ans entre le 14 et le 18 août 2025 et je dois dire que l'expérience était à nouveau fabuleuse. Tout est parfait : l'hôtel lui-même, sa décoration, ses installations, ses merveilleux extérieurs, son animation en soirée et ses chambres, mais aussi les prestations de restauration au déjeuner, au diner et au petit déjeuner, qui lorsque nous étions venus la première fois n'était pas encore au magnifique 4ème étage avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie et le Vésuve. Tout le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel, félicitations à tous ! J'espère pouvoir revenir avant 20 ans ! en tout cas je recommanderai votre établissement à tous ceux qui me demandent un conseil pour leur séjour dans la baie de Naples. L'hotel est à 30-40mn en voiture de Naples, à 15mn de Pompei, 30-40mn de Sorrento et Positano, idéalement situé donc pour découvrir toute la région.

J'aurais une seule recommandation à faire : ce serait de mettre un petit panneau à la piscine pour indiquer aux clients de bien vouloir prendre une douche avant de se baigner en indiquant clairement où elles se trouvent et aussi de faire respecter à leurs enfants la quiétude des autres clients. J'adore les enfants et en ai moi-même élevé deux, dans le respect de la tranquillité des autres.

personeel meer dan vriendelijke en behulpzaam!!! ontbijt goed en uitgebreid, jammer dat een gebakken ei en bv pannenkoek betaald moet worden. excursies worden op aanvraag geregeld als je dat wilt. restaurant goed, wel erg duur tav locals! mooi zwembad, niet overdekt, dus alleen toegankelijk bij goed weer. mogelijkheden voor massage elke avond live muziek (zomer)

deels betaald ontbijt, wat niet altijd op de 1e dag geheel duidelijk is en ook niet word gezegd. Er is een shuttle, echter hiervoor moet je betalen (niet duidelijk tevoren). lopen in de omgeving (naar het strand/ restaurantje) is niet mogelijk: geen stoep en gevaarlijk met verkeer. en staat op de website dat er een fitness ruimte is, wat er staat kan je geen fitness ruimte noemen, als je dat belangrijk vind op vakantie is dit niet de juiste plek om te zijn.
