The location was perfect; the bed was extremely comfortable

The breakfast was unimpressive; the bathroom was pitiful - no counters to lay products/clothes on; tiny little sink pasted to wall; toilet seat crooked and uncomfortable

It was quiet, the bed and pillows fairly comfortable

Despite turning the heat up to 72, the room was cold and damp

Location.

That I was required to put a $100 deposit down because I paid with cash, despite that they had my card on file. Never was told I would have to do a deposit, and didn't have to pay a deposit in other hotels that I stayed at during my trip just because I paid cash for my room. The "breakfast", if that is what you want to call it lacked any variety, the only thing I was able to have was the coffee, everything was very un appealing.

Convenient locaction

Juice machine only put out water 2 1/2 hrs prior to checknout went back to pack,only to find both pass keys had been disabled.

The desk ladies were nice and helpfull

We get there and the room was already 150 a night for what they call a suite, then they say we have to put a 200 dollar deposit on the room, no mention of that, and it can take up to 7 days to get it back, this is a super 8 not the 4 seasons, the credit card machine wouldn't take my credit card so I had to use my debit. So that's 500 dollars for 2 nights and whenever I get my 200$ deposit back, the room was so run down and bugs everywhere, not to mention the homeless camp behind the building, so homeless tweakers were falling out of the woods all night looking at everyones cars. It's the only hotel in town so just bypass it.
