A comfortable and clean place. No breakfast or restaurant, but the very friendly owner showed us several options and suggested a wonderful bakery in Xanten where had a great breakfast. (There is also a kitchen at the guesthouse if you want to cook your own food.)

We were with bikes. We arrived a bit late, because the house is not close to Xanten. However our host helped us making us comfortable and helping us realising a late dinner.

"Cycling Holiday From Netherlands to Switzerland"

Shared bathroom, but it was only for 3 rooms so it was never an issue waiting to use the shower or toilet Nice room, simple but well laid out. The restaurant down the road was also quite nice for food

It is quite a bit outside of the town, for us that was perfect as it was along our cycling route but might be an issue if you're with a larger group
