Excellent staff . Extremely clean comfortable rooms . Pet friendly. Our dog loved the spacious room . There is an area designated outside for dogs with trash cans and trash bags .

Newly acquired by Hilton. Stayed here when it was the Hampton. Good bed. Minimum furniture in room. No microwave in room. Minimum tv channels. Disappointed.

Very disappointed, no coffee. Very basic breakfast and there are no refills. We showed up at 8am and 70 % of items was empty. Juice maxhine broken. Had to eat apple. Not worth the price per night.

The address on the reservation was the wrong address. Waited in line for 35 minutes to check-in. Hotel rep was slower than slow. She didn't acknowledge those waiting in line. The people in front of us she was waiting on simply needed 3 fresh keys. 35 minutes! And then after she finished, she told us we were at the wrong location. The address we were given was the address we showed up at. Super inconvenient. Once we arrived at the actual location, the process was fine. However, we were placed in a room on the bottom floor two doors from the side exit and across from the ice machine and laundry room. Nothing but slamming doors and people walking in and out of the hallway at 1:30 in the morning. Breakfast was sub-par. Won't be returning. Would not recommend. Can't believe Hilton would put their name with such a place.

Arrived for breakfast around 9:30. No hot food left abd waffle station was a mess. Worst I’ve seen for a Hilton property. HI express much better for the money.
