Our stay was great! The hotel was clean and quiet (with the exception of some other guests). We were there for dance competition, and realized we forgot our son’s dance bag with his costumes. Eli and Yuri were so amazing! They reassured us Wal-Mart was next door, and Yuri was even thinking about stuff she had at home that might possibly fit my son! Luckily we were able to have someone bring his bag that hadn’t left yet, but Yuri’s help was so very appreciated! Eli even asked us about comp throughout the weekend and congratulated our son on his accomplishments. Eli and Yuri are true examples of what customer service should look like. They are friendly, courteous, and professional! We are so glad we got to meet them and stay at Holiday Inn Express with them!
