O hotel está velho, o banheiro está muito ruim, dentro do box está com falta de cerâmicas na parede, rejuntes da pia grosseiro. Deviam fazer uma reforma, sempre foi um Hotel muito bom em Guarulhos, mas não mais.

A dona da propriedade é muito solicita

Fiquei esperando mais de uma hora o shuffle. Depois descobri que a motorista estava pra se demitir, então não estava ligando pra nada! Eu reclamei com a motorista e ela foi bastante rude

Atendimento da proprietária do flat. Muito atenciosa e me atendeu tarde da noite, quando consegui pegar minhas malas após uma hora de demora após o desembarque em GRU.

As vans do hotel não estavam disponíveis nos horários que precisei.
