Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und gut organisiertes Hotel. Die Lage nahe Flughafen HH ist optimal für Flugreisende und die Busverbindung dorthin ist exzellent.Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann es empfehlen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Soweit ein schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Hamburg, ruhig trotz Airportnaehe Es ist zwar etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt, aber alles im machbaren Rahmen Sehr freundliches Personal!

Very close to airport, clean and modern rooms, with basic amenities. Good bar area.

Unfortunately for myself had an issue upon checking in via self service machine, that the door password didnt work for my room. Which then meant waiting in line again when there was only one person working the desk, to gain a key card. Which delayed check in for a while.
