First of all. I have to say Alley , Alley, Alley. !! The front desk attendant along with Paige. OmG. We were there for our 1 year marriage anniversary. We were bout to cancel and air bnb because we were unaware that the indoor pool was being renovated, Alley and Paige were so dang nice, professional, and accommodating, we went ahead and stayed !! These two ladies knew all of the new best food places, the things to do even though it was out of season, and they personally re booked us in unit that had a spectacular view , and was very very fitting for the occasion!! I came down later that evening to get a night cap from the bar., The bartender was a little busy. Alley came from the desk, behind the bar , put her bartender hat on , and fixed me the best diabetic friendly cocktail I've had in a long time!!! The maintenance guys were even nice! This place is incredible.Upon leaving, we had the joy of running into Tom! Tom is a dear old acquaintance from the area , we were regulars before my surgery. He actually remembered us , stopped, took the time to chat, and make sure ours stay was excellent! Overall. I can't imagine us staying anywhere else in the Carolina beach area! Location, customer service, property pristine, and they go through great lengths to make sure every expectation is met. The Pulleys will be back several times this year. Can't wait to see you guys again!!!!

It was ok. Coffee shop not open when I wanted it. But it’s all good

Bed had stains. Construction all over the entire hotel. Indoor pool closed. No parking. Ever. Had to wait 32 mins to park(receptionists had to come and move her car out of main parking just so we could park)

Everything was clean , staff was excellent, comfortable beds

Parking . The parking is horrible. There are not enough spaces and in the gravel lot the holes are huge

The manager was very pleasant and tried to still make me happy after I wasn’t happy because the pool was closed after I emailed them about the pool being open in the inside

I like that they tried to steal accommodate me because really the only reason I got that room was to use the pool. I’m on vacation for a week and my biggest dream right now was getting in the pool somewhere and that’s why I chose that hotel because the pool was open and it wasn’t when I got there
