Our stay was amazing. It was the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. The bed was so comfortable and spacious. The hospitality shown was exceptional. There are unlimited options at breakfast-which can be customized and so delicious. The location is great and tons of things to do in any season. Thank you Yvonne and Warren for sharing your beautiful place-we will be back!

My husband and I have stayed at many great B &B 's, the highlight of this one is the cleanliness of it. IMMACULATE!! We couldnt even find dust on the heater behind a table. Yvonne was wonderful and friendly, She gave us great ideas to check out on our next trip down. We will be back for sure!

Located right across the street from lake Franklin in the heart of nature, the property has private access to the lake close to the public boat launch and beach. Hosts are gracious and breakfast is amazing.

It's a bed and breakfast so do not expect appliances in the room. They do have a small refrigerator where one can keep their drinks cold. There is no microwave or coffee machine in the room and frankly that will not go with the aesthetics of the tastefully decorated BnB.

We had an incredible stay and felt very welcomed from the moment Yvonne greeted us in the driveway. Rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was homemade and very delicious with many choices. Yvonne made sure she had tea waiting for us at our room when we returned back for the night. Lake view rooms were a beautiful sight to wake up to. Location is very centralized. I highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!! Thank you Yvonne for your wonderful hospitality!!

Yvonne, the owner operator and her husband are absolutely amazing people. They go way above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay at their beautiful B&B. The B&B is absolutely impeccable. There is a really cool hiking trail right in back of the B&B, which we really enjoyed. Directly across the street is the lake. A great place to sit and relax while looking at the lake. The entire experience was amazing.
