Econo Lodge Fredericksburg near I-95

The room needed to be cleaned; my husband needed to clean the dust off of vanity and the counter before we could use them. The floors were not very clean either. When walking on them barefoot, the bottoms of our feet got dirty.We needed the get batteries from the front desk for the tv remote as that was not functioning upon arrival. The office was very small and the area for breakfast(in the same location) had a chemical smell. We chose not to even have the free coffee there. We went to a nearby Denny’s.

It was close to restaurants and the interstate.

There was a roach in our room. Several dead bugs in the lights/lamps. The light in the bathroom was broken and would flicker on/off every few seconds.

Location of the lodge was the only slightly positive attribute, if any.

We put in a complaint that detailed everything we disliked and/or were disgusted with.

Most disgustingly dirty hotel I ever stayed. Shower curtain had Black Mold on it, lobby smelled like mothballs,room smelled in general, walls dirty,bad experience!!

could use some more upgrading like paint in bathroom but overall not too bad for one night stay. Was convenient.

continental breakfast was not what I expected.

You get what you pay for , not bad for the $

Great Location and comfortable bed.

Room could have been a lot cleaner. the bathroom sink and shower were still covered in hair from the last person who stayed there. also the bath towels were caked in hair too.

This was the nastiest, dirtiest hotel I've seen in a while. Disgusting!!!
