We had an amazing stay in this Hotel. From the moment you step through the door you are transported to old word European elegance. Our room overlooking the Danube was spacious and light filled and had amazing views both day and night. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The concierge gave us two great restaurant recommendations and were very helpful.

Absolute joy stay of six nights. The breakfasts were awesome and dining staff very attentive. I had one dinner in hotel which was excellent; otherwise hotel recommendations of hotel were good. Within many sites a wanted to see. The recommendation from the hotel for guided tour was the best experienced so far. The river trip was okay. I commend the housekeeping staff they were helpful, polite and not intrusive.

From check-in to check-out, everything was more than perfect. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The concierge team was admirable and went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Housekeeping operated at the highest level and ensured everything was immaculate. The bar staff and service team also deserve great praise: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — something you rarely experience. In short, if you are looking for the very best, this is the place to be. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for contributing to our unforgettable and wonderful days in Budapest.
