We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The grounds are gorgeous and the main pool was super peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean and we loved that there was 24/7 room service available. We had the breakfast buffet one day and it was really good (albeit a little expensive.) It is also a pet friendly hotel and a better pet friendly option in the area. Good location. Maybe a 20 minute walk or short taxi to the center of town and all the main attractions in Cuernavaca. The wifi worked well for working remote. We would definitely stay here again.

The second pool on the upper level was a little dirty and neglected compared to the other pool. I also had thought the gym looked promising when I booked this hotel, but they didn't have free weights even though they were in the pictures and half of the equipment was broken. Hopefully will be fixed in the future if we decide to stay again.
