If you want a nice place, friendly staff, and overall comfort, then this is the place for you. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially for those who don’t speak Spanish. Oh and it’s also pet friendly so make sure you bring your 4 legged friends.

The staff were instantly accomodating when we requested a room change.

The first room we were put into was old. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We asked for a room change and were put into a renovated room that had hard floor (instead of carpet). The second room was much better.

The hotel is on the old side we arrived and front desk staff not corteous they just do their job no smiles , we arrived at 12 they were rooms available but they insisted they couldnt give us the room after 3 pm We got the breakfast buffete not worth for the 25 usd per person Just a badic hotel with no exceptional service
