Best Western Center Inn

I had to ask for a different non smoking room due to the original room smelling like smoke as soon as I opened the door.

Staff was friendly however the room was dirty and had cockroaches.

Several spiders and a water bug greeted me in my room. Not clean, would not recommend

Front staff was great. Breakfast was good with hot options. This is a weird area with prices high for motels though. Room was clean but TV had dead line in the screen, and the fridge wouldn't close all the way and was frosted inside. There was persistent dripped noise we couldn't find too. For anywhere else this would be a much cheaper stay but was fine for an overnight after a late night airport arrival.

Kiara was on duty when I checked in. She was very helpful, friendly and the most gracious host. She deserves a big pat on the back for her kindness

Toilet paper holder was broken and the paper kept falling in the floor

Decent property for its age, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Staff also confronted people smoking marijuana in the common areas and ask them to stop as it was entering all of the rooms. Overall a decent stay. Comfortable bed.

The staff are friendly and accompanied.
