Dirty bedside table. 2 conditioners in shower instead of shampoo & conditioner….easy mistake because they look the same. Lotion dispenser didn’t work. Lack of attention to detail. Overall ok place, probably will not return to this location, but no big deal if I needed to. I expected better for the price.

Welcoming, clean; home away from home.

I was given the room 217 right next to the noisy elevator. At about 5:30 it started every time the elevator was called a loud humming noise filled the room for the minute or so of each use from the calling of the elevator to the ride of the elevator the noise appears. Also little things that are annoying in the room, the toilet seat was installed badly and will not stay up! The soap and shampoo bottles that are supposed to be mounted on the wall are sitting in the shelf in the shower, but one is mounted on the water near the sink. I may return to the hotel but will near accept a room near the elevator.

Our stay I would say is not bad but not the best. The hotel looks dated but they hid it in modern decors. The rooms was just okay, less bath towels in the bathroom considering number of people staying. The appliances looks like they need upgrades. For the rate they were asking it should be something more for the customers to appreciate. Breakfast was just fine. It looked really nice on photos but there is just something that's lacking to it for the asking rate. Again not a bad stay but not the best one either.

Food wasn’t to good

Housekeeping left fish in the refrigerator from the previous guest and took over half an hour to remove after I phoned the front desk. I specifically requested the fridge be cleaned and when I returned there was still a pool of brown water in the bottom and the smell of fish. The floors were dirty, bathroom fixtures had cracked caulk, and dirty dishes were left in the hallway for several hours. For the amount charged, one of the worst hotel experiences I can remember

The hotel was ok but needs updating. Rooms could be cleaner and smell better with a bit more effort.

The hotel is very nice since it has been renovated.
