Livingston Inn - Historic

The entrance to the motel had a pothole that The size of a Volkswagen. Railroad tracks run through the front parking lot. The motel looks like an old barn with 6-8 psychedelic colored doors covered in peeling plastic that you have to go thru to enter the building. Looks like a Steven King horror film set. To check in there is a sign on the door that gives you a number to call to check in. An unfriendly person on the phone says I will text you in 5 minutes as to which room is yours and which crazy door to enter to get to the hallway to your room. Got to the room only to find out the lever handled door lock was on backwards and the door wouldn’t even close much less lock. We booked the room thru Expedia only to find out the motel charged our card more than the posted Expedia price. BEWARE

We signed up late and the room was ready. Really enjoyed the town, the people and the good nights rest

Loved the quaint, rustic vibe. The outside doesn't look like much. But the room is perfect for a quick overnight stay. A short drive to historic downtown.

Very charming rooms. Extremely clean and right off the highway.

Enjoyed the location and the convenient check in.

The shower was very nice and the room was very clean.

No maid service. Huge pot hole at entrence

A small step up from typical motels because of the decor and the personal, local feel of the place. Great location, easy to get to. Highly recommend.
