"Didn't stay. Rooms were left wide open."

Arrived at the hotel to find the door to our room wide open with pillows missing. Asked for a new room. We found the new room in the same condition. The staff ensured me that this has never happened before but then our friends found their room in the same condition with their balcony door open as well. The staff then told our friends that it's normal for housekeeping to leave the room like that. None of us felt safe to stay the night so we requested a refund and found a safer hotel.

Nothing good to say

Only reason I booked this room is to have a tub to soak in. First bad sign that cleanliness isnt of importance was the lobby floor. Hadnt been cleaned in weeka/months. Reminded me of event center after concerts. Your website showed king room with tub. First room I went to had toenail clippings on bathroom floor, dust an inch thick on floorboards and didnt have TP.

"Absolutely disgusting"

There is not one thing i like about it

Everything could have been better. Had to wait over an over to check in because rooms needed to be cleaned. After i checked it it was the most disgusting unclean hotel room i have ever seen. There was mold in the bottom of the bathtub was never cleaned like they said and made us wait for. They deactivated the keys to the hotel room an hour before checkout so i had to have them re key the card just so i could get my belonging. The staff was very unsatisfactory. There was no microwave or fridge of any sort. They did not provide me with wifi even though it says free wifi.

"One star, stay at a super 8 instead."

The check in went smooth.

The pillow cases were dirty. There was no microwave in the room. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The laundry room had one washer, one dryer, a tv that was not working, and no trashcan. When we explained this to the staff they said they would reach out to us with some sort of concierge or comp, but it's been a week and we have heard nothing.
