Booked a king room. Front desk checked me in. Got to the room it was a double. Went back to the desk to let her know I was given the wrong roo. Her reply was "I know. We didnt have any kings so I put you in a double'. If i wanted a double I would've booked one. She never asked if I was ok with a double and never apologized
