Hyannis Harbor Hotel

This hotel was a great place to stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities, ambience and location was perfect. Close to the water front, ferries and local restaurants. True Cape cod feel for our first time here.

Location to the ferry terminal

Pool bar area only opens 3 days a week, none of which were the days we were there, so sat at the pool with no refreshments available . Still waiting on my email receipt for my stay as promised. Pool water looked greasy on top.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very professional, but not warm and fuzzy. Restaurants were just what hoped for. Would revisit without quation.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it. On our first full day, my fiancée and I left the room around 10:00 AM. When we returned at approximately 3:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. At 3:20 PM, we called the front desk and specifically requested housekeeping. We were assured the room would be serviced, and because we wanted to be accommodating, we left the room again so housekeeping could access it. We even received a callback confirming the request. We spent the next hour and a half on the patio waiting, assuming the room was being cleaned. Around 4:45 PM, I checked the room and found that nothing had been done. At 5:00 PM, I spoke with the front desk, where an employee confirmed a housekeeping request had been entered around 3:30 PM and said someone would be there shortly. At that point, the situation became stressful because we had dinner reservations and needed to get ready. The room was finally cleaned around 5:30 PM—more than two hours after our initial request. Later that evening, we asked for a couple of bottles of water and were told that guests only receive two complimentary bottles for their entire stay and must purchase any additional water from the vending machine. Fortunately, another employee, whom I believe was named Nick, stepped in and was extremely helpful. The bathroom also felt less than clean, and the shower caddy was visibly rusty. Between the delayed housekeeping, lack of accommodation, and cleanliness concerns, this was not the level of service we expected. If you're staying in Hyannis, I'd recommend spending a little extra elsewhere for a better guest experience.

We had a lovely experience and would definitely return. We got the suite and plenty of room. The staff were so friendly and made great recommendations.

This was a great spot. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and decorated lovely. Location was amazing and room had a nice layout to it. Beds were comfy

We had four couples in our group and decided to stay at this hotel for the location to the ferries for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. It was perfect for us to just walk across the street each morning to the ferry. Brianna and Monique are the BEST staff I've ever had!! From the moment we arrived, they took care of us and all our friends. They are so friendly and have the best attitudes. We loved stopping by each evening after our excursions to say hi to them. They truly went above and beyond with their exceptional service!

Location , close to everywhere- good restaurants, shopping, dockside

The indoor pool was open for one day only and the hot tub was not working. It was a rainy day and we wanted to remain inside to enjoy the facilities.

Comfortable beds and great shower.

Main restaurant was loud and cold due to the rainy weather.
