Please note that upon check-in guests must provide the credit card used to make the reservation. When booking more than 9 rooms, different rate conditions, availability and payment methods may apply. The property will contact you after booking to provide instructions. According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his or her parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. It must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his or her parents. When traveling with pets, please note that an additional charge of BRL 70 per pet, per night will apply. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room and the property can only allow pets weighing a maximum of 25 kg. All pets staying at this property must be up to date on vaccinations. Please contact the property in advance to request or confirm the extra bed to avoid inconvenience at check-in. Restaurant opening hours: Lunch: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm Dinner: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm Renovation works will be carried out until December 24, 2024 and some rooms may be affected by noise.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
