I had a very comfortable stay. Having a kitchen and refrigerator in the room was extremely convenient. I enjoyed buying ingredients at the supermarket and cooking for myself, which made me feel as if I were living in Helsinki rather than just visiting as a tourist. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent. The transportation around the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. If I have the chance to visit Helsinki again, I would definitely stay here again. During this trip I was quite tired every day and did not get a chance to use the sauna, so next time I would love to enjoy the hotel sauna as well.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the quality of the towels. They tended to leave lint on my skin and did not absorb water very well.
