Je tiens également à souligner l'attention de la personne à l'accueil lorsque j'ai signalé un léger point à améliorer concernant le ménage à mon arrivée. Le geste commercial a été apprécié et montre une réelle considération pour le client.

Comme indiqué précédemment, un léger point concernant le ménage à mon arrivée a légèrement terni l'expérience.
