The location was great, everything was clean and staff were friendly.

The door to our bathroom swung inwards and there wasn't much room so it made getting in and out of the bathroom awkward.

The location and the staff

The toilet flushing system wasn’t working well and had to keep our hand on the flush handle. The shower head was too small and not flexible or adequate. Everything outdated no renovation at all, very noisy, we heard the other bathroom’s water running all night, and other guest walking and running next to us and above us and in the corridor. Not well noise insulated. we woke up 4 times because of the noise.

Amazing location! In the heart of Jasper, what could be better?! Room was perfect. Holiday was to take VIA rail to Prince Rupert perfect starting point!

A tad pricey. But its Jasper and an experience.
