Location

The associate at the front desk didn’t care that we complained. We could not stay there because we cannot breathe the scent of the air freshener was so potent I couldn’t breathe. I have asthma. He couldn’t change the room because they would all smell the same we asked for a refund. He had asked the property manager and the property manager a week later denied it when we called back through booking.com. Unacceptable customer service actually zero customer service was offered Terrible stay Terrible smell And people smoking weed out in the parking lot, which is probably why you were spraying the hotel rooms with that potent air freshener You need to do better This was detrimental to my health
