Estaba enfrente del puerto, estaba todo limpio.

La cama que me tocó estaba hundida y era incómoda, acabé con dolor de espalda. La bañera era muy alta y había que esperar 10min entre las duchas porque te ponía un cartel de que podía romperse la caldera.

Great position clean and tidy

TV didn’t work. Welcome pack would be nice .

Very clean and comfortable, would have been happy to stay longer. Central location so no need to use the car until we left. Supermarket if self catering or plenty of places to eat out if you wanted too.

Lift didn’t work when we arrived but was working next day. Spec said tea, coffee provided but there was no coffee and there was no milk so had to go out straight away to buy some. Not ideal.

We loved the apartment, very central to everything. Clean, comfy beds, well equipped

Very poor approach to customer service. Communication with the host was difficult as they didn't respond properly to messages. They did answer the phone if you called but it felt like they were mainly trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible to get on with something more important rather than seeking to be helpful. Their systems and processes appear to be designed solely to make things easier for the owners/managers without any thought at all to their customer's needs. Lack of ability to store luggage at the property when we were arriving in Oban earlier than check-in time on arrival day and when we were leaving Oban later than check-out time on departure day was very dissapointing. Almost every other accommodation provider provides some way of storing luggage on site and find that relatively easy - eg in an office or cupboard - I'm sure this property could too if they were inclined to. This may not be too much of an issue for guests who only arrive in / depart from Oban during the check-in / check-out windows or who don't have much luggage with them. But we had just come from a sailing trip, so had a LOT of heavy luggage with us from that, so having to keep schlepping that between property and a local left luggage store was a substantial and unecessary inconvenience - and also added significantly to the cost. The lift wasn't working and our apartment was on the 4th floor. This may not be an issue for customers with little luggage. But it was a subtantial negative expriene for us with a lot of heavy sailing luggage. Until the lift is fixed, the property is wholly unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. Shower was poor quality (cheap low grade electric). Check-in time only beginning at 4pm is and less convenient than most accommodations - which echoes the comments above re operating procedures set with only manager convenience not customers in mind.

We got stuck in the lift and couldn’t contact the property owner. Thankfully got rescued by the fire services.
