No bed breaking apart in the middle of the night and my sons falling to the floor only to discover it was duck taped together

The property was dangerousness with sofa bed breaking apart in the middle of the night and my sons falling to the floor only to discover it was duck taped together No hot water and we switched the water on Kitchen cupboards broken we went out for food only to return to another family in our apartment eating food filling all the bins and mess everywhere we were left to clean how they got in the host would not say as they had a key don’t stay here go anywhere else host is condescending and very cheeky

"excellent location and very comfortable apartments"

location was very central to all of the shops, ferries and transport large TV and kitchen well allocated rooms lift access to most rooms we were in the top floor which had around 15 steps to reach apartment

it was very windy with some gale force winds and this could be heard through the double glazed windows which may need to be looked at may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues if allocated attic apartment.

Convenient location. No issues getting the keys.

When we arrived there was a bike in the hallway and the toilet had not been flushed. The host contacted us on the ring doorbell at 1am to say there had been a mistake on their end and we were in the wrong apartment. They said it was entirely their fault and we would get a full refund. But we did not. And there was no reply to any of my messages or correspondence thereafter.
