ARRIVAL: 24H Reception SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. "An amazing property that we highly recommend. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back!"

I stayed here for a full week and absolutely loved it. The property was incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized from the moment I arrived, which made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. The location couldn't be better having a Carrefour right beside the apartment was incredibly convenient for picking up everything I needed. Plus, the positioning is perfect; absolutely nothing is too far away. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Madrid!

The only minor downside was that our side of the building directly faced another residential block. It felt a bit awkward/uncomfortable to go outside at times because you could see right into the other apartments and some neighbors would just stare. It’s nothing to do with the management or the property itself, just something to be aware of regarding privacy

Очень хорошие апартаменты. Расположены в хорошем районе, метро рядом и совсем недалеко от центра. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, что тоже очень удобно. Сам апартамент очень комфортный. Салон совмещенный с кухней. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Огромный балкон на котором можно позавтракать или поужинать или просто посидеть общаясь с друзьями. Спальня хорошего размера. со своей ванной комнатой и выходом на балкон. Кровати удобные. Есть телевизор. В апартаментах чисто. Также хочу отметить , что диван в салоне большой и есть стулья для гостей. Мы отлично провели время.

Для нас стало неожиданностью, что в апартаментах берется залог, и он был больше, чем стоимость самого апартамента(

Location.

The pool was closed - this was not made clear at booking and it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Added to that the room smelt of smoke. I raised it twice with reception but they did nothing about it whatsoever. Ironically I had to sign something at check in to say I would lose my deposit if I smoked in the room!
