La puerta de cristal del cuarto de baño. Si una persona va al baño por la noche da luz a la habitación.

Me encantó! La ubicación es perfecta. El palacio es súper bonito. En habitación no se oye nada. Duermes como un bebé. Piscina con vistas espectaculares. Y comimos muy rico

De locatie is perfect: aan de rand van de oude stad, dus goed aan te rijden en vanaf het inchecken kan je alles te voet doen. De bedden zijn ook heel fijn en alles is schoon.

Hoewel wij er van 11-14 juni waren en het tegen de 30 graden was, zat er "nog" geen water in het zwembad. Natuurlijk stond dit ergens na een paar keer doorklikken op de website, dat het "seizoensgebonden was", maar wie verwacht dat nou half juni? Was voor ons een grote tegenvaller, want we hadden het zwembad meegewogen in het kiezen voor dit hotel. Daarnaast was de superior kamer wel mooi, met zicht op het oude klooster, maar met een enorm laag plafond en hele kleine raampjes. Daardoor was het donker in de kamer en voelde het benauwend; geen fijne kamer om wat langer in te verblijven.

Stunning building having been lovingly restored. V comfortable bedroom with v nice bedding. Staff were efficient. Breakfast first class.

The location is superb; the staff very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable

The pool was not open. We specifically arranged our holiday to coincide with the advertised pool opening. Despite arriving at the hotel in the day that the pool had been advertised to open, it did not open until after our 4 day stay. This was very disappointing as we would not have booked this hotel had we known the pool was not going to be open and or would have arranged to stay at a later time. It was advertised to open on 15th June and other online information also suggested it is usually open in late strong/early summer. Once we expressed our disappointment that the pool was not open, the hotel staff offered compensation/accommodations which did soften the blow for us.

Da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Qualidade do hotel e dos quartos. Hotel fez up-grade de quarto nas duas vezes que ficámos.

Fiz a reserva há um mês. Não informaram que a piscina estava inoperacional. Escolhi o hotel especificamente porque tinha piscina. Não gostei desta situação. Disseram que havia informação no site e no Booking, mas a informação não é verdadeira. No booking nada está indicado. Num hotel de 5 estrelas, não fica bem cobrarem por estacionamento e ainda por cima ao ar livre, sem garagem.
