Comfort Inn & Suites Near Fallon Naval Air Station

Front door to my room wouldn't stay closed without deadbolt..found a bug in the bed in the morning which grossed my wife out big time..not staying here again

Great place to stay!

The beds were comfortable just not enough of them. The breakfast was good.

I reserved a room with 3 beds as there were 6 of us and my dog. Because there are no pets allowed on the 2nd floor we got stuck with 2 beds and a roll away. My grandson had to sleep on the floor! The pool was disgusting it stunk because the hot tub was gross and green.

Location. Been here previously.

Staff- cleaning staff. Stayed several nights and only at check in was our room clean. After that was not cleaned one time. Called office nobody answered phone. Let phone ring 20 plus times and still no answer. Daughter went to office while I called on cell phone and let it ring 38 times before CHRIS finally answered and he didn’t know where or what he was doing. Then instead of bringing us towels he wanted my daughter to follow him a dimly lit corridor to a small closet for towels? My daughter stopped and said she will wait by office.

Mix up on reservations and I will not use the internet to book this motel ever again. We are Military and was not offered a discount.

Overpriced for what you get. Air conditioner didn't work properly, internet inadequate, and housekeeping staff unprofessional. The air conditioner does not work well and could not keep up with the heat. As a result, the room was warm the entire night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Internet was hot-or-miss. Some devices connected, while others did not. Housekeeping attempted to enter room in the morning WITHOUT knocking or identifying themselves, despite the "do not disturb" sign being on the door. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The continental breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about this stay or hotel justified it costing $200 for the night. There are definitely better places in town to stay; choose one of them instead.

Your services are terrible. I tryed to rent a vehicle with my reward points …. After 3 hours on the phone with your support. I was unable to use my key one cash ! Your advertisement is false and I will be filing a complaint

This hotel was horrible, questionable people making noise in and around hotel…looked like the hotel was running one of those immigrant housing projects. The clerk knowingly gave me a room with a broken shower. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it, and refused to refund my credit card charges. My brother and I were stopping in Fallon after hiking Wheeler Peak in Great Basin and driving 5 hrs to the hotel on our way to Bay Area. The hotel and staff were a nightmare, we left and found another hotel. Seriously, I wouldn’t let my dog spend 5 minutes in this dump.

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in a long time. Breakfast was clean and well stocked. Staff was excellent
