La atención. La alberca. La comida. Todo en general muy bien. Agradable.

Que está un poco descuidado el detalle. Como que las llaves del baño no cerraban bien y estuvo goteando el agua. Que el último día les quitaran la luz en la noche y no funcionara en aire acondicionado. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Breakfast was good. My room was great with good air conditioner. They make their own bread.

The Pool could of been colder. Wasn’t inform i could take a shuttle to the beach without having to walk.

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Das Hotel sehr familienfreundlich, die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert und auch willkommen im Restaurant, hatte auch Kinderstühle. Die Zimmerausstattung komfortabel, sehr sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen (insbesondere das Badezimmer). Die Lage war angenehm ruhig, zum Strand kam man in ca. 10 Min zu Fuss.

Dass man morgens ab ca. 07.00 h bereits mit Musik beschallt wurde.

10 out of 10, I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I was supposed to stay one week but extended because I liked it so much. The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well managed, I had a large balcony room which was great. The location is in a very quiet part of Puerto Escondido and right beside beautiful Playa Bacocho. The pool was large and extremely clean. Food was delicious. I will definitely be back. Muchas gracias Hotel Suites Villasol Puerto Escondido.

No pude hospedarme ya que la habitación que me dieron tenia un olor muy desagradable y había chinches en la cama las sabanas se veían sucias y las toallas tenían un olor rancio, pedimos que nos cambiaran a otra habitacion pero se negaron y la explicación fue que las habitaciones contratadas por booking resulta que son las más sencillas y si queríamos cambio teníamos que pagar un extra una muy desagradable experiencia
